How it works
The order matters. So nothing skips a step.
Case Command works the way a careful litigation team does: evidence first, then facts, then arguments — and only then a draft for you to sign.
Five stages, each with a gate
A stage starts only when the one before it has passed. If a deadline is close, a safe-to-file track runs in parallel — and every report says so.
2 · Read every page
The visibility ladder (below) reads each page and records how. Anything no method can prove it read is shown to a person. Nothing is "reviewed" because a search returned something.
3 · Facts & clocks
A chronology where every line opens its page. Deadlines computed from the rule and the document that started them — the date a right is lost, not just the next calendar event.
4 · Hunt the gaps
Competing versions of what happened — yours, theirs, the innocent one. What each predicts should exist is checked against the record. What is missing is run down, and you are asked only what only you can know.
5 · Test, then draft
Opposing counsel attacks, a mock judge rules, every citation is read at its source, a five-reader council reviews the draft. Then it is yours to read, approve and file.

Nothing is sent, filed or signed by the software. It prepares and checks; you decide and act.

Most tools stop when a search returns some text. That is how a rotated scan, a handwritten note or a stamp goes unseen. Case Command scores every page and climbs until it can prove what it saw.
It also learns: every attempt is logged, the methods that work on a kind of document are tried first next time, and spot-checks by a reviewer demote a method that got something wrong.
