Your evidence stays yours — and stays provable.
A case file is only as strong as its chain of custody. Case Command is built so you can say where every document came from, and show it has not changed since.
Chain of custody built in
Every file gets a SHA-256 fingerprint when it arrives, with its original location, capture time and device where the file records them. Fingerprints are re-checked on a schedule.
Originals untouched
Evidence is never edited, renamed or deleted. Duplicates are set aside for you to decide on. Our work product is kept beside your evidence and clearly labelled as ours.
What leaves your computer
Exactly what the AI needs, only while it reads.
To read a document, its content is sent to the AI model provider under your own Claude account, and only while that document is being analyzed. It is not sent to Strike Force AI.
Before you start, read your AI provider's own data and retention terms — they govern that step, not us. If you work on a Guided or White-glove plan, we only see what you choose to show us in a working session, on your screen.
Sensitive items can be quarantined so no part of the system opens them: third-party files, identity documents, medical records beyond what a filing needs.
Redaction before anything leaves
Every draft and every attachment is checked for Social Security numbers, account numbers, identity documents, medical detail and children's names before you see it for signature.
A dedicated machine, if you want one
For the strongest separation, keep your cases on a computer used only for them. A recent Mac mini is plenty. We can set it up for you on a Guided or White-glove plan.
