Case Command is software and organizational support provided by Strike Force AI ("we"). We are not a law firm, and nothing on this website, in the software, or in any session with us is legal advice. Using Case Command does not create an attorney–client relationship. You decide what to file, send or sign, and you are responsible for those decisions. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney; legal aid and court self-help centers may be available to you at no cost.

No guaranteed results

Outcomes depend on your facts, your evidence, the law and the court. We do not promise or predict any result, and past or demonstration results do not indicate future ones. The demo on this site uses synthetic documents.

Your responsibilities

• Check every date, fact and citation before you rely on it. The software is designed to show its sources so you can.
• Keep your own copies of your documents and your own backups.
• Use the software only for matters you are entitled to handle, with documents you are entitled to use.
• Follow your AI provider's terms; the software runs under your own account with that provider.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before you pay. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not be charged again. Setup work already delivered is not refundable; work not yet started is.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the website or the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any legal matter.
