What this website collects

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, e-mail, and anything optional you choose to add (phone, deadline, court, plan, message). We use it to reply to you and to set up your service. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Your case files

The Case Command software runs on your own computer. We do not host, store or back up your case files. When the software reads a document, its content is processed by your AI model provider under your own account, under that provider's terms. See Security & privacy.

Please don't send documents through the form

The booking form is for contact details and a short description only. Don't include account numbers, Social Security numbers or other identifiers.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us through this site. California residents have rights under California privacy law, including the rights to know, delete and correct personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there. To make a request, contact us.

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
